Hi, I'm Anna Löfgren and I'm a clinically trained Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist. I practice Naturopathic Functional Medicine, completing my training with Carla Wrenn, a renowned Australian Naturopath.
Functional medicine is a science-based method that assesses the underlying causes of symptoms.
As a Nutritional Therapist, I use a holistic, personalised, and realistic nutrition plan to address your symptoms and to ensure we get the best results possible.
I do not use a 'one size fits all' approach.

I struggled with severe hormonal imbalances in my 20's but regained my health after implementing nutritional and lifestyle adjustments. This experience initiated my personal interest in hormonal health.
Moreover, I have worked as a dental professional for over a decade, which sparked my passion for dental nutrition. I'm fascinated by how oral and gut microbiome influences our digestion, immune system, hormones, and neurotransmitters - hence, impacting our mood and brain activity too.
