Simple, gorgeous smoothie recipe

Unlike juices, smoothies contain the fibre of the fruits (and vegetables) as well as the juice. My absolute favourite is this berry smoothie, as it's packed with antioxidants and phytonutrients.


Maca powder is an adaptogenic herb, that can help the body cope with stress.


This recipe works great as a post-workout drink, thanks to the added protein powder, oats and coconut oil. Blend, enjoy the flavour and the intense rich colour!


πŸ’A handful of mixed frozen berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)

πŸ’1 tbsp coconut oil

πŸ’2 tsp oats

πŸ’2 tbsp hemp protein powder

πŸ’1 tsp maca powder

πŸ’1/4 avocado

πŸ’1/2 banana

πŸ’1 tbsp peanut butter
