HealthTransformation Packages

“If you want to achieve something you have never achieved before, you have to do something you have never done before”

In order to understand your current health issues, to work through a new way of eating and living, and to support you in implementing the changes into your life, we will need to work together over a period of time. It can take time to get to the bottom of why you are experiencing your symptoms and addressing any underlying factors. We are all complex individuals and the truth is,  it has often taken years for you to get to where you are now. This is why one-off consultations rarely give us the lasting results you are looking for.

Packages consisting of initial consultation with a series of follow-up consultations and email support are available to help you commit to making the changes your body deserves. In my experience, it takes a minimum of twelve weeks to bring about lasting change and embed positive healthy habits.

With each package, I will carefully evaluate your health history and formulate a personalised plan based on your specific needs. Get in touch today and start taking control of your life with these great tools and techniques.

You are worth the investment in getting healthy!

Nutritional Therapy Consultations – What to Expect?

Before the first consultation, I provide a health and nutrition questionnaire for the client to complete. An initial consultation typically lasts 60 to 70 minutes, and in this time I ask detailed questions such as:

  • current health concerns

  • symptoms

  • diagnosis and treatment

  • medical history

  • family history

  • lifestyle

  • levels of physical activity

  • use of medication and supplements

  • diet

I then evaluate your individual needs and use the extensive evidence base for nutritional science to develop a personalised, safe and effective nutrition and lifestyle programme.

Follow up consultations are generally after four weeks in order to monitor progress and make any necessary adjustments.

Anna Löfgren Nutrition requires that the Client notes the following :

  • Nutritional therapists are not permitted to diagnose, or claim to treat, medical conditions.

  • The degree of benefit obtainable from Nutritional Therapy may vary between clients with similar health problems and following a similar Nutritional Therapy programme.

  • Nutritional advice will be tailored to support health conditions and/or health concerns identified and agreed between both parties.

  • Nutritional advice is not a substitute for professional medical advice and/or treatment.

  • Your Nutritional Therapist may recommend food supplements and/or functional testing as part of your Nutritional Therapy programme and may receive a commission on these products or services.

  • Standards of professional practice in Nutritional Therapy are governed by the CNHC Code of Conduct.

  • This document only covers the practice of nutritional therapy within this consultation, and your Nutritional Therapist will make it clear if he or she intends to step outside this boundary by referring you to other specialist consultants.

The Client understands and agrees to the following:

  • I am responsible for contacting my GP about any health concerns.

  • I give permission for you to contact my GP regarding any agreed aspects of my case.

  • If I am receiving treatment from my GP, or any other medical provider, I should tell him/her about any nutritional strategy provided by my Nutritional Therapist. This is necessary because of any possible reaction between medications and the nutritional programme.

  • It is important that I tell my Nutritional Therapist about any medical diagnosis, medication, herbal medicine, or food supplements, I am taking as this may affect the nutritional programme.

  • If I am unclear about the agreed nutritional therapy programme/food supplement doses/time period, I should contact my Nutritional Therapist promptly for clarification.

  • I must contact my Nutritional Therapist should I wish to continue any specified supplement programme for longer than the original agreed period, to avoid any potential adverse reactions.

  • Recording consultations using any form of electronic media is not permitted without the written consent of both me and my Nutritional Therapist.
